JLM Mortgage Services was founded by Sebastian Murphy and Rory Joseph who have over 25 years of combined experience within both the Estate Agency and Financial Services fields.

In a nutshell, nothing! We do not charge any fees for our services; all our costs are paid for by the lenders in return for work done so our service is free to you, our customer.
